The ALC Survey: Prepare to Succeed

In deciding what it takes to succeed, each of us sees the world slightly differently. Some connect strongly with tradition or established ways of doing things. Others are focused on action and showing results now. Still others see people as the key, or perhaps focus on creativity and innovation. In fact, each of us is a mix of all these orientations, stronger in some than others.

Leaders who are aware of how they “score” in these areas have an advantage in connecting with people who might be wired a little differently. That’s where the ALC Social Comparison Survey comes in.

The ALC survey shows us what the individual leader regards as important to the organization’s success, so he or she can craft presentations that reduce resistance and speed up “enrollment.”

Our online Survey takes about 20 minutes. Registered clients receive a confidential report, usually within 24 hours. The reports play a big part in ALC training, giving participants a powerful tool for recognizing and building on important differences among people in an organization.
