ALC for Leadership Teams

We start with private interviews with senior leaders to create a baseline “core message,” then facilitate an intensive discussion among the full leadership team, leading to a clear, focused message that articulates Vision, Strategy, Requests, Rewards, Case for Change, Issues, and Impact the initiatives are likely to have on various constituencies.

The “hardball issue” discussion is especially powerful. In many cases this will have been the first time the leadership team has ever openly discussed these tough issues as a group.

The team rolls out its message in a highly interactive presentation workshop that identifies each leader’s presentation strengths, along with areas in which rapid improvement is possible. Participants learn how to analyze their own presentations to see how well the message is translating into action, and develop a simple strategic communication plan that leaves nothing to chance. Deliverables:

•	A leadership team aligned around a clear, concise “core message”
•	Individual leaders prepared to present the message in a confident, powerful way
•	Alignment among the leadership team on a “future state” for the organization
•	Alignment on tough questions, issues, and concerns
