ALC for Larger Groups

ALC is highly individualized, interactive, and hands-on, which is why we limit workshops to groups of eight. But to satisfy the need for introductory courses for larger groups, we offer sessions of two to four hours.

These orientation programs impart the fundamentals of Advanced Leadership Communication and demonstrate the remarkable shift that occurs in leaders who use the ALC infrastructure.

Several members of the group come prepared to “enroll” the others in a particular initiative or outcome. By seeing real-time demonstrations of the various components of the ALC process, the group quickly learns the elements of powerful leadership communication. Along the way, video clips show examples of leaders who communicate in a powerful way.

(Due to time constraints, videotaping and replay is not used in these sessions.)
