ALC for Businesses and Corporations

A full ALC engagement incorporates course work and consulting elements into a longer-term implementation over one year. Starting with interviews with the most senior leader, we align the senior leadership team around a powerful core message and make strategic communication a part of the way the organization works. Components of the engagement include:

•	A communication audit to determine what’s working, what’s not, and why
•	Development of a Core Leadership Message for the organization that articulates the Vision, direction, and strategy to achieve specific business results
•	Alignment of the senior leadership team around the Core Message, and training to enable members to present the message powerfully
•	Identification of important constituencies inside and outside the organization
•	Identification of “hardball” issues that matter to various constituencies, and training in a practical strategy for addressing issues proactively
•	Development of a Strategic Communication Plan that creates opportunities to “enroll” people to generate specific business results
•	Training of managers to create a unified, aligned message throughout the organization, generate momentum, and produce results in projects and initiatives everywhere
